ok, please don't be mean to me...
i am into all these human and animal rights, but just wanting to share how we celebrate big occasions in the Phils., like weddings (even a whole cow), big birthdays, fiestas, Christmas and New Years, by preparing/roasting pigs, the old fashioned ways
this is suppossed to be my Xmas entry but not done yet then, but still perfect for this occasion, to celebrate the year 2009 and the upcoming Chinese New Year too which happen to be on 26 Jan. this year
